Privacy policy
This is a small website for a pub. It collects very little, and what it does collect is only used to answer you.
What this site collects
If you fill in the form on the visit page, we receive the name, email address and message you type. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Like every website, the hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served, including your IP address, browser type and the page requested. That information is generated automatically and is used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use what you send only to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission, because there is no mailing list to add you to.
Tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics product, and carries no third party tracking pixels. There is nothing here that follows you to other websites, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Who else touches the data
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes the standard server request information described above.
- Web3Forms delivers the contact form to the pub's inbox when the form is connected.
Both are used only to run this website. Neither is given information for its own marketing.
Children
This site is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. A parent or guardian who believes their child has sent us information can call the pub on (706) 949-4669 and we will delete it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the pub on (706) 949-4669 or use the form on the visit page.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
